Our story
Zircon Construction was founded in Twin Falls in 2024 with a simple goal: give Magic Valley homeowners quality exterior work backed by clear communication and reliable timelines.
We kept hearing the same stories from neighbors. Calls that were never returned. Vague estimates. Start dates that slipped for weeks. Surprise charges at the end. The work itself was often fine. The experience around it wasn’t.
So we built the company around fixing that. We work as a general contractor: we scope the job, price it in writing, bring in vetted local trade partners for each part of it, and manage the whole thing so you have one person to call.

Why we work as a general contractor
Most home projects touch more than one trade. A roof replacement can include gutters, fascia and ventilation. A backyard can need grading, irrigation, pavers and a fence. Hiring each trade yourself means you become the project manager.
We think that’s our job, not yours. We choose trade partners we’ve checked out, schedule them in the right order, inspect their work, and stand between you and the details. Here’s exactly how we run a project.
Experience you can count on
Zircon is a newer company, but the people behind it bring years of hands-on construction experience from projects around Idaho. That experience taught us what lasts in this climate: wind, hail, heavy sun, freeze–thaw cycles and hard water. We bring that knowledge to every estimate.
