Who we are
This website is run by Zircon Construction LLC, a general contractor based in Twin Falls, Idaho. Questions about this policy can go to office@zirconconstructionllc.com.
What we collect
- Estimate requests. When you send the form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, town, the services you’re interested in and your project details. We also record the page you sent it from and how you found the site (for example, a Google search or a link from another site) so we know which of our marketing works.
- Phone calls, texts and emails. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence to follow up on your project.
- Basic site usage. Like most websites, our server logs technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security. If we use Google Analytics, it collects anonymous data about how visitors use the site. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and manage your project, and keep records of work we’ve done. We may share the details of your project with the trade partners we hire to do the work, only as needed to quote and complete it.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as they’re useful for your project, warranty questions and our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it by law.
Cookies
The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember how you arrived at the site until you send the form. If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing office@zirconconstructionllc.com.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
